The National Pension Commission (PenCom) hereby notifies the general public that in accordance with section, 49 and 50 of the Pension Reform Act 2004, it had issued Licenses to Twenty-Three (23) Pension Fund Administrators (PFA's) as at 30th June 2007.

The commission wisheds to advise each and every employee in the Public Service of the Federation, the Federal Capital Territory and the Private Sector to open a Retirement Savings Account (RSA) with a licensed Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) of his/her choice into which his/her monthly contribution and that of his/her employer would be paid within seven(7) days of payment of salary. All employers of labour are enjoined to encourage and ensure that each employee registers with a licensed PFA
